A fifth generation Hillsborough County resident, Mr. Thrower is currently the Deputy Director of Administration at the Hillsborough County Aviation Authority. He has served as Chairman of both the Hillsborough County Charter Review Board and the Hillsborough County Board of County Commissioners Citizens Advisory Committee, and President of the Pine Hollow Special Dependent District. An experienced auditor in both the public and private sectors, he is a Certified Public Accountant, Certified Internal Auditor, and Florida Certified Records Manager.
