Tampa Comprehensive Plan Amendment – TA/CPA 12-03 (7607 South De Soto St.)

A privately-initiated small-scale map amendment approximately 5,000 square feet (.11 acre) in size, located  in the Port Tampa area of the City, north of MacDill Air Force Base.  The request is to amend the current future land use designation from Heavy Industrial to Residential-10. The effect of the map amendment, if approved, will allow for the future development of a single-family home on the petitioned site, compatible with the single family development of the surrounding neighborhood.
