The applicant has requested a future land use designation of Residential-6 for three properties that he recently annexed into Plant City.  He has indicated, he would like to develop these parcels with approximately seventy single family detached homes (4.6 du/ga) under a zoning classification of Single-Family Dwelling District (R-1).
