Plant City Plan Amendment – PC/CPA 16-03 (North Frontage Road)

The two parcels that make up this map amendment are currently in agricultural use, as are those lands to the north, east and west, while to the south is Interstate-4.  Further afield there are predominantly agricultural lands to the north, while to the west is a mix of industrial, commercial and residential (one parcel), along with some public/semi-public lands owned by the Florida Department of Transportation (FDOT).  To the east are additional public/semi-public uses, which represents the Central Florida Assembly Hall of Jehovah’s Witnesses.
