Hillsborough County is in for a treat on December 4, 2023! Join us in the Plan Hillsborough Room on the 18th floor of County Center from 1:30 to 3:30 PM as we welcome Ian Lockwood, a renowned leader in sustainable transportation and urban design.
Ian, with a track record of transforming urban landscapes, will share his insights on revitalizing arterial streets and fostering vibrant communities. As a former City Transportation Planner for West Palm Beach, he played a pivotal role in turning blight into economic success. Ian’s work focuses on walkability, converting one-way streets back to two-way, and designing dynamic main streets. His expertise has taken him to universities and NPR interviews, and he’s been recognized with awards and board appointments.
As an added benefit, this meeting has been approved for AICP 1.5 CM Credits and 1.5 Professional Engineer CE Course Hours. Additionally, this event is accessible online or in-person.
