Hillsborough River Board Metropolitan Planning Organization Planning Commission

The Planning Commission and MPO theme is “Our Community, Your Backyard” and will highlight planned and existing features in our community including:

  • The Green Artery
  • Tampa Riverwalk
  • Tampa Bay Bike Share

 

Enjoy a full sensory experience framed by Exterior Concepts includes a single-family backyard outdoor kitchen and a high-rise style balcony overlooking some of our community’s park and environmental assets. Complete with water features symbolizing the Hillsborough River and fire pits, the first planning showcase at the January Home Show will also display:

  • A Chevy Volt courtesy of Tampa Electric
  • Two murals celebrating a vision for our future painted live through the course of the show by Tampa Mural Painter Robert Horning
  • Highlights of the Imagine 2040 Vision survey results from 3,500+ participants
